In 2008, I founded the BetaCodex Network (www.betacodex.org) - a thriving community that strives to make decentralized, self-organized and democratic organization the standard way of organizing. I am also a founder/general manager of Red42 (www.redforty2.com) and learning system provider qomenius (www.qomenius.com).
