Sociocracy is not based upon insights on value creation. Its creators were not even remotely interested in the science of value creation. They were interested in other stuff. Read the original sources!
So it is not surprising that Sociocracy offers no solution to work, performance improvement.

I do not expect you to believe me. Look for yourself. Compare the approaches! You will see that Value Creation Structure has nothing to do with what Sociocracy (and the related concepts) talk about.
